We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Qormi, Malta.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in Danish (C2 level) and English (B2 level). They should also possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries via email, moderating user-generated content, and ensuring a secure online environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to improve processes and elevate customer experiences.
To excel in this position, you will need to:
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers using industry-leading tools.
- Moderate user-generated content to uphold company policies and standards.
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities, maintaining the security of our online environment.
The requirements for this role include:
- Fluent Danish language skills (C2 level).
- Fluent English language skills (B2 level).
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card.
- 0-1 year experience in customer support.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
