Job Description
In this role as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints through email and live chat. You will work closely with team members to improve processes and elevate customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via email, ensuring clear, timely communication
- Moderate user-generated content to uphold company policies and standards
- Identify and address potential scams or fraudulent activities, keeping the online environment secure
- Accurately log interactions and resolutions for customer records
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and elevate customer experiences
- Provide customers with accurate, comprehensive information using the best tools
- Meet personal and team support goals
- Work effectively with internal and client teams
- Participate in training to ensure compliance with moderation policies
- Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
