A leading IT software company based in southern Malta seeks a Technology Advisor/Account Manager to join their Customer Success team. Responsibilities include sales excellence, relationship building, and pipeline development with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in selling complex IT consulting services to local and/or i-gaming customers.

  • Routinely engage with clients and prospects, building connections with decision-makers.
  • Articulate the value of new digital technologies and their potential to transform business.
  • Use effective communication techniques to elicit clients' pain points and understand their business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities and develop professional proposals that match requirements.
  • Drive opportunities towards timely closure through coordination, follow-up, and negotiation.
  • Report on opportunity status and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist in marketing and business development strategies and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers.


  • Understand the latest technology trends and articulate their business value.
  • Have strong communication and articulation skills to build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Be a team player and work well with colleagues towards common goals.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Have strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, committing and delivering on promises.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in selling complex IT consulting services.
  • Ability to travel and attend industry events.
