  • Record-Keeping: Accurately log interactions and resolutions for customer records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to improve processes and elevate customer experiences.
  • Information Provision: Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information using best-in-class tools.
  • Goals and Performance: Meet personal and team support goals.
  • Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate effectively with internal and client teams.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to ensure compliance with moderation policies.
  • Flexibility: Support various workflows, clients, and markets as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong command of the Danish language (C2 level).
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level).
  • EU citizenship or a Maltese Residency Card.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
