Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team at Cross Border Talents. This role requires an individual who is fluent in German and can effectively moderate online content while ensuring a positive user experience.

- As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal requirements.">
- You will work closely with our teams to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content, maintaining high accuracy and consistency in your decisions.">
- This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2 days spent on-site in our Malta office and 3 days working remotely from home.">

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content (posts, comments, images, videos) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.">
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.">
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in decision-making.">
- Educate users about community guidelines and provide feedback where necessary.">
- Work collaboratively with fellow moderators, customer service, and legal teams.">
- Escalate complex issues or repeated policy violations to the appropriate teams and provide detailed reports when necessary.">
Your Profile:
