Danish Customer Service Agent

If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess a genuine interest in iGaming, and are eager to learn, this position could be the perfect fit for you. Don't worry if you have no prior experience in iGaming - comprehensive training is provided

Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers via live chat, email, and phone calls to ensure they have the best possible experience
- Providing players with high-quality solutions in a timely, personalized, and professional manner that exceeds their expectations.
- Identifying and assisting players facing difficulties or challenges.
- Offering clear explanations to customers regarding products, site features, policies, promotions, and more.
- Updating customer accounts with relevant information when necessary.
- Understanding, guiding, and supporting players in responsible gambling practices.
- Collaborating with our Fraud and Payments team to address customer queries.
- Complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and promptly reporting any suspicious activity

Requirements:
- Fluent or native Danish speaker with a C1 level of English, both in spoken and written form.
- Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.
- Previous experience working with customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing optimal solutions.
- Excellent listening skills, approaches interactions with empathy, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to our players.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including punctuality, meeting deadlines, and quickly finding accurate information.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Welcome constructive feedback and continually strive for personal growth.
- Team player while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ €25,000.00 Per Year
