Don't worry if you have no prior experience in iGaming - comprehensive training is providedResponsibilities:- Assisting customers via live chat, email, and phone calls to ensure they have the best possible experience- Providing players with high-quality solutions in a timely, personalized, and professional manner that exceeds their expectations.- Identifying and assisting players facing difficulties or challenges.- Offering clear explanations to customers regarding products, site features, policies, promotions, and more.- Updating customer accounts with relevant information when necessary.- Understanding, guiding, and supporting players in responsible gambling practices.- Collaborating with our Fraud and Payments team to address customer queries.- Complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and promptly reporting any suspicious activityRequirements:- Fluent or native Danish speaker with a C1 level of English, both in spoken and written form.- Flexible and willing to work on a shift basis.- Previous experience working with customers, actively listening to their needs, and providing optimal solutions.- Excellent listening skills, approaches interactions with empathy, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to our players.- Exceptional organizational skills, including punctuality, meeting deadlines, and quickly finding accurate information.- Detail-oriented and capable of handling stressful situations while maintaining a positive attitude.- Welcome constructive feedback and continually strive for personal growth.- Team player while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ €25,000.00 Per Year
