We are looking for German Support and sales Officers to join a growing team in Malta. This role will be on a Monday to Friday basis and its purpose is to support clients with existing products, whilst establishing needs to support the clients' as the company keeps growing. Responsibilities: Provide professional customer service for inquiries about company products and servicesOpen client accounts according to guidelinesBuild rapport with customers and address issues relating to internet banking, onboarding, and mobile applicationMaintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services for accurate informationIdentify selling opportunities based on customer needsHandle card cancellation and blocking requestsIssue new cards and handle renewalsProcess transactions and outgoing payments accurately in company systemsAdhere to company policies, security guidelines, and industry standardsKeep required recordsAssist with data gathering through phone, email, and chatSupport invoicing and payment allocation according to company policiesAssist with administrative tasks following company instructionsCommunicate and collaborate with country coordinators and other departmentsMonitor loan repayments and allocate payments in recordsPerform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Previous experience in an Online Customer Support or Sales position otherwise, in possession of a recentNative or fluent level of German along with a fluent level of English (both spoken and written)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenComputer literacyTeam player, eager to learn and grow within the industry.Customer orientedWillingness to learn and expand horizonsHealth InsurancePaid Voluntary OvertimeMonday to Friday - no weekends10% annual performance bonusSalary increase after successful probationRelocation package of up to 1000 Eur
