Dutch speaking Customer Support Agent - iGamingOur client is looking for an experienced Support Agent to join their team.Responsibilities:- As a Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent you will be the eyes and ears of our client's online casino, you are the connection between the player and their online Casino and Sportsbook brand. You will contribute to the players best casino experience and propagate our client's slogan: 'You're Welcome'- In this versatile position you will assist Dutch players via phone call, emails, and chat and you will manage player accounts. You will provide information and assist with i.a. on their website, the registration process, transactions, and our client's licensed games.- You will deal with complaints and assure the player feels safe and welcome in our client's online casino.- You also have the important task to inform and educate the players about responsible gaming and you'll follow the set-out procedures to prevent gambling addiction and fraud.- You will translate the players wishes and concerns and share this information, along with your own bright ideas, to make our online casino even better- We will man their Customer Service department 24/7.Requirements:You are able to speak and write in Dutch (Native) and English fluentlyYou have experience within the iGaming industryYou have experience in Customer Service (Shop, supermarket, online)You are able to work rotational shifts including night and weekendsYou have strong communicative skills, both written and spokenEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $ €28,000.00 Per Year
