About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Legal and Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, licensing oversight, supplier relations, customer management, and general support. The ideal candidate will have experience in iGaming or a related industry and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance by staying informed on regulatory changes and industry standards.
- Develop, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and training across the business on compliance matters.
- Manage regulatory reporting and serve as a liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Licensing Oversight
- Handle gaming license applications and maintain compliance with licensing conditions in multiple jurisdictions.
- Foster and manage regulatory relationships to ensure ongoing license compliance.
- Supplier Relations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers.
- Oversee systematic contract management to ensure compliance.
- Customer Management
- Maintain, monitor, and enforce compliant customer terms and conditions.
- Advise on customer complaints and disputes, ensuring regulatory adherence.
- General Support
- Support various operational aspects of the company, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee external legal services, manage filing systems, and streamline administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with experience in iGaming or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solution-oriented thinking.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all business levels.
- Positive, adaptable attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do approach.
