Dining Establishment Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dining Establishment Operations Director to join our team at Outreach Recruitment Agency. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining establishment management.

• Restaurant Management
  • Manage daily operations of both Front of House and Back of House.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to maximize satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
• Cost Control
  • Forecast and manage inventory needs for kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
  • Control operational costs and identify opportunities for waste reduction.
• Staff Management
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to boost productivity.
  • Organize and oversee staff shifts.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Continuously monitor product quality and explore new supplier options.

• Proven experience in customer service and food & beverage operations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and cost control.
• Effective management, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Strong financial management acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

We offer a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
