About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Event Coordinator to join our team at DFK Malta Ltd. As an integral part of our events management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality events worldwide.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Events Coordinator and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build and maintain client and supplier relationships, and have a solid understanding of the Investment Migration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for company events worldwide, including travel arrangements and venue management.
  • Develop and implement event plans in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Manage content preparation and distribution for newsletters, press releases, and website updates.
  • Research investment migration events for potential speaking opportunities.
  • Update CRM with event contacts and reporting on events.
  • Edit electronic newsletters.
  • Prepare programs for the company's forum and invite speakers.
  • Order office supplies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Events Coordinator is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of Investment Migration, Wealth Management, or Real Estate industry is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
