About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Events Coordinator to manage all events and related administrative tasks for DFK Malta Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Manage logistical aspects of company events worldwide, including creating a yearly event plan with input from colleagues, making travel arrangements, and overseeing content for newsletters and the website.
  • Travel Management: Arrange flights, accommodation, and CEO diaries for event participation.
  • Financial Administration: Manage monthly payment runs for authorization.
  • Content Creation: Prepare and distribute e-newsletters, company press releases, and manage content for bi-monthly news roundups.
  • Research and Development: Research investment migration events for potential speaking opportunities and update the CRM with event contacts and reporting on events.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Events Coordinator is essential for the success of this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
