Responsibilities
  • Logistical Event Management: Coordinate logistics for all company events worldwide, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Yearly Event Planning: Develop a yearly event plan with input from colleagues, considering various factors such as target audiences, budgets, and marketing strategies.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, and organize CEO diaries for event participation.
  • Monthly Payment Runs: Manage monthly payment runs for authorization.
  • Content Creation: Create content for bi-monthly news roundups, website uploads, and e-newsletter distribution.
  • Research Opportunities: Research investment migration events for potential speaking opportunities and support various administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Events Coordinator is mandatory for the success of the role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Investment Migration, Wealth Management, or Real Estate industry will be a plus.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
