RESTAURANT MANAGER

We're on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to lead one of Hard Rock Hotel Malta's signature dining outlets; where food, service and music collide.

Your Mission

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll take charge of day-to-day operations, lead a dynamic team and ensure that every guest leaves feeling like a VIP. You'll balance performance, passion, and service with style.


What You'll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from floor service to back-of-house coordination
  • Lead, train and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver consistent 5-star service
  • Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction and staff performance
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Handle reservations, special requests, guest complaints and feedback with professionalism
  • Maintain hygiene, safety and quality control standards at all times
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Support marketing, promotions and events related to the outlet


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end or high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of F&B service and operations
  • Guest-centric mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail and the Hard Rock spirit
