We're looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo to bring authentic flavor and flair to our kitchen team at Hard Rock Hotel Malta, where every pizza is a performance.

Your Mission

As our Pizzaiolo you'll lead the art of pizza-making, from dough to delivery, ensuring every guest gets a slice of something unforgettable.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas using fresh and high-quality ingredients
  • Master traditional techniques while bringing your own creative twist
  • Ensure consistency, speed and excellence during high-volume service
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza specials
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards that rock

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience as a pizzaiolo in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Expertise with wood-fired or stone ovens is a big plus
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-driven attitude
  • Able to keep cool under pressure (literally and figuratively)
  • Basic English for communication – Italian is a bonus
