We're looking for a Banqueting Manager to take centre stage at the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and lead unforgettable events that hit every note.

Your Mission

As our Banqueting Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of event operations; from intimate private dinners to high-energy corporate functions. You'll coordinate teams, vendors and venues to ensure every event runs like a well-tuned performance.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the banqueting department
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to plan and execute events
  • Oversee event setup, service and breakdown to ensure flawless delivery
  • Train, schedule and supervise banqueting staff to maintain service excellence
  • Manage budgets, costs, and inventory for banqueting equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations
  • Handle last-minute changes and guest requests with professionalism and flexibility
  • Collaborate with Sales, Kitchen and F&B teams to elevate every event experience


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in banqueting or events in a hotel or upscale venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under pressure
  • Knowledge of event operations, logistics and service standards
  • A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering unforgettable experiences
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
