Are you a rising sales professional with the drive to make an impact in luxury hospitality?
Hard Rock Hotel Malta is looking for an Assistant Director of Sales to support the launch of our 394-room, 5-star lifestyle resort.

This is your chance to work side by side with our Director of Sales, learning from the best while helping shape the commercial strategy of one of Malta's most exciting openings.

Your Mission
As Assistant Director of Sales, you'll help drive business across leisure, corporate and MICE segments while supporting the pre-opening buzz that will put Hard Rock Hotel Malta on the map.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Director of Sales in building and executing commercial strategies
  • Develop and nurture client relationships with tour operators, corporates and MICE planners
  • Assist in property sales missions, site visits and industry events
  • Coordinate with Hard Rock's Global Sales Office to maximize reach and performance
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the game
  • Mentor and motivate junior sales team members

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in hotel sales (luxury or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Strong understanding of European leisure and corporate markets
  • Proactive, target-driven, and hands-on with a passion for hospitality
  • Fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
  • Ambition to grow into a future sales leadership role
