Your Mission

As a Front Office Agent, you're not just checking guests in and out, you're setting the tone for their entire stay. You'll ensure smooth arrivals, warm welcomes and unforgettable first impressions.

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, payments and guest requests with efficiency
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, local area and guest services
  • Assist with bookings, reservations and concierge duties
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest feedback with care and resolve issues quickly
  • Keep front desk operations smooth, organised and upbeat at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in front office, hospitality or guest services
  • Strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Knowledge of Italian, Spanish or French would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in booking/reservation systems
  • Team player who thrives in a high-energy environment
