We're looking for a Spa Manager to take the reins at Hard Rock Hotel and elevate our spa offering to the next level.

Your Mission
As Spa Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our spa operations, ensuring seamless daily management, exceptional guest service and a motivated, high-performing team. You'll oversee everything from guest experience and bookings to staff training and business strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa, from opening and closing to scheduling and service quality
  • Lead, inspire and mentor the spa team to consistently deliver five-star service
  • Oversee bookings and support spa therapists in their daily schedules
  • Take charge of stock control, inventory and budgeting for spa supplies and equipment
  • Maintain top hygiene and safety standards across all operations
  • Make smart business decisions, including pricing and promotional packages
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements
  • Organize training, stay up to date with trends, and implement new spa services or products

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Spa or Assistant Spa Manager
  • Strong knowledge of spa, beauty and wellness treatments
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for team development
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable taking business decisions and working under pressure
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in an international spa environment
  • Knowledge of wellness trends and premium product lines
  • Additional language skills
