Job Description:Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Alpha Talent Solutions, you will be part of a dynamic team that handles customer inquiries, provides product information, and resolves billing issues. Your role will involve working closely with other departments to ensure seamless interaction and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate product information to customers via phone, email, or SMS
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities by executing assigned strategies
  • Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Understand company products and provide accurate information to customers
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Requirements:
  • You must have excellent communication skills and a results-driven approach
  • Previous experience in customer onboarding and documentation verification is required
  • Higher education qualification is necessary
  • You should be fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with customer database software is an advantage
  • You must be a team player with a customer-centric mindset
  • You should possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office for Windows
  • You must be able to follow instructions, identify exceptions, and demonstrate attention to detail
