At Alpha Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Danish Language Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Danish Language Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer support, onboarding, document verification, billing issues, and other payment matters.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide accurate information to customers about our company's products, services, and payments.
  • Seek new sales opportunities by executing appointed strategies and instructions.
  • Comply with laws, rules, company policies, and procedures as required.
  • Understand our products thoroughly and ensure customers are presented with accurate information.
  • Respond to customer queries via email, SMS, and phone.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure transparent and efficient interaction.
  • Support additional customer service inquiries.
  • Promote a positive working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:



  • We are looking for energetic, empathetic, and positive individuals with great communication skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Experience in customer onboarding and documentation verification processes.
  • Higher education qualification.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent Danish and English.
  • Experience with customer database is a plus.
  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions and identify exceptions.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and high standards of work.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
