Multilingual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Support Specialist to join our team at Alpha Talent Solutions.

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes handling customer inquiries via email, phone, and SMS, as well as resolving billing issues and other payment matters.

You will work closely with our Payments and Collections department to ensure seamless communication and efficient interaction with our customers. Additionally, you will provide an excellent customer experience by actively listening to their concerns and responding promptly to their queries.

• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and payments to customers
• Actively seek new sales opportunities by executing appointed strategies and instructions
• Comply with laws, rules, company policies, and procedures
• Understand our products thoroughly and ensure that customers receive accurate information
• Respond to customer queries via email, SMS, and phone
• Provide an excellent customer experience
• Work closely with other departments to ensure transparent and efficient interaction

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Energetic, empathetic, and positive individuals with great communication skills and a results-driven approach
• Experience in customer onboarding and documentation verification processes
• Higher Education qualification
• Able to read, write, and speak fluent Danish and English
• Experience with customer database is a plus
• Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
• Able to demonstrate basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Able to follow oral and written instruction and identify exceptions
• Attention to detail, initiative, and high standards of work
• Willingness to learn and grow

• Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
