Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Assistant to join our team at Quad Consultancy. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the general ledger accounts, providing audit support, and handling the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the accurate preparation of invoices and the chasing of debtors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to support the management of the accounting system and assist in processing employee time and expense reports. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger accounts and provide audit support
  • Handle the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist with accurate reporting and metrics on the status of customer accounts
  • Support with the management of the accounting system
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Handle the posting of supplier reconciliations and payments
  • Assist in processing employee time and expense reports

Requirements
  • BA/BS, preferably in accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in working with Microsoft Excel and other MS tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
