Position Summary:  

We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic salesperson to join our Sales Team Your main focus will be selling EC courses across our fantastic global locations, providing outstanding customer service, achieving weekly sales targets, and becoming an expert on both your sales region and the EC product range.

Location:

Primarily based in Malta (hybrid working policy applies).
We're ideally looking for someone based in Malta, as we value in-person collaboration. During your probation and training period, we'll expect more regular office presence. However, we're also open to remote candidates based outside Malta who can demonstrate strong experience and alignment with the role.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPI's
  • Use a consultative sales approach to help students choose the right EC location and course to meet their goals
  • Cross-sell and upsell EC products and services wherever possible 
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, including EC's full offering and that of key competitors
  • Follow CRM best practices and ensure accurate and timely data entry
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team on online and in-market campaigns

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving target

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience within the language travel, education, or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online sales tools
  • Knowledge of additional languages
