Job Description

As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with Yggdrasil's customers, ensuring they achieve their objectives and maximize the value of our gaming products. You will act as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive customer growth, retention, and satisfaction. Your role will be instrumental in expanding Yggdrasil's business and ensuring long-term success for our partners. 

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, acting as their single point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and business objectives to identify opportunities for success and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful game launches on operator platforms.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, both face-to-face and virtual, to review performance, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive expansion with existing customers.
  • Monitor customer platforms to identify trends, new launches, or promotions, addressing any potential issues proactively.
  • Serve as the internal advocate for customer needs, providing valuable insights to product development, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating them into customer success strategies.
  • Travel as needed to meet clients and attend gaming conferences worldwide, strengthening relationships and fostering business growth.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the gaming or technology industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans to drive client growth, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze client performance metrics and make informed recommendations.

  • Experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Familiarity with gaming platforms, products, or technologies.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and client success tools.
  • International account management experience, especially in regulated markets.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to meet clients and attend industry events.

The yearly gross salary bench mark for this role is between 30-35,000 K EUR per year based on experience.
