Your Mission

As Rock Shop Manager, you're not just running a 're curating the Hard Rock vibe.
You'll oversee the hotel's official retail outlet, lead a passionate team and make sure every guest walks away with a piece of the Hard Rock spirit.


What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rock Shop
  • Lead, train and motivate your team to deliver next-level service
  • Plan staff schedules, manage performance and hit sales targets
  • Keep merchandise fresh, exciting and aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee stock control, inventory and ordering
  • Ensure the shop is visually on-point and always guest-ready
  • Collaborate with Marketing on launches, promos and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate with Hard Rock International on new collections and licensing
  • Uphold all security, loss prevention and cash-handling policies


What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in lifestyle, fashion or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • A passion for music, pop culture and guest interaction
  • Great communication, organisation and visual merchandising skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tools
  • A positive, hands-on attitude with a love for the fast-paced world of hospitality retail
