Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a flair for flawless cleanliness and leadership?
DB Group, proud to bring the iconic Hard Rock Hotel to the heart of St. Julian's, Malta, is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support and energize our housekeeping team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Your Role:
As Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you'll work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure every guest room, public area and back-of-house space shines with 5-star cleanliness and presentation, all delivered with that unmistakable Hard Rock style and spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and supervising daily housekeeping operations
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet impeccable 5-star standards
  • Coordinate room inspections and quality spot-checks
  • Support recruitment, training and performance management of the housekeeping team
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and care
  • Monitor and manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Implement and enforce hygiene, safety and sustainability standards
  • Step up to lead the team when the Executive Housekeeper is absent

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of housekeeping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Background in luxury hotels or large-scale hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness
  • Knowledge of housekeeping systems, chemicals and equipment
  • Familiarity with health & safety and sustainability standards
  • Fluent in English; Maltese and other languages are a plus
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
