DB Group, bringing the legendary Hard Rock Hotel energy to the heart of St. Julian's, Malta, is on the lookout for Room Attendants to join our vibrant housekeeping team.

Your Role:
As a Room Attendant, you'll be part of the heartbeat of our hotel, ensuring every room radiates comfort, cleanliness and Hard Rock style. From crisp linens to sparkling bathrooms, you'll help create an unforgettable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in line with company and hygiene guidelines
  • Clean guest rooms daily, including windows, balconies and assigned areas
  • Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks and rotational duties
  • Adhere to health, safety and security procedures at all times
  • Report any maintenance issues promptly
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
  • Take on additional duties as requested by the Housekeeping leadership team

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant is an advantage
  • Must be currently residing in Malta
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering spotless results
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
