You will drive operational excellence, standardize best practices, and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver projects that align with our company's objectives.   This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a strategic mindset, exceptional execution skills, and a passion for the gambling industry.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead and manage the commercial project management team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Drive the delivery of large-scale strategic projects and programs globally, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining key milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Build a high-performing project management team by mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all projects and teams.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a commercial environment. 
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Prior experience in the gambling industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with construction projects is considered an advantage.
