If you're an experienced leader in development and technical operations, with a proven track record in managing global, high-performing teams, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, this role is for you

Your role is split into three key areas:

Team Leadership & Operations Management:

  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of developers, data engineers, QA analysts, and IT engineers, while managing their respective team leaders.
  • Ensure seamless operational execution across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Set clear goals and priorities, monitor progress, and ensure high-standard deliverables.
  • Drive accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Implement training programs to enhance technical expertise and maintain top performance.
  • Travel frequently to MT/BG/CM to ensure full team alignment with company strategies.

Roadmap Delivery:

  • Take full ownership of the technical roadmap, overseeing planning, execution, and completion of every development project.
  • Ensure all efforts align with business objectives and enforce strict deadlines.
  • Adopt a "failure is not an option" mindset - deliver results no matter the challenge.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and QA teams to maintain laser focus on company goals.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and implement solutions before they escalate.

Technology & Operational Efficiency:

  • Drive a culture of continuous optimization across tech stacks, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Push for automation and streamlined operations to enable fast delivery without compromising quality.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with emerging technologies and development methodologies to implement only the best solutions.
So, now you know what the job is about. If you have 5+ years of experience leading development operations within the iGaming or online gaming industry, and you thrive under pressure - this role is for you

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Strong expertise in PHP, JavaScript (Angular & React), WordPress, and Cloudflare Workers.
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and caching solutions (Redis, RabbitMQ).
  • Proficiency in Cloudflare security, including WAF configuration, SSL/TLS encryption, and DDoS mitigation.
  • Deep knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps culture, and cloud operations.
