At Quad Consultancy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Lead - Finance Specialist to join our team in Malta.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can lead our audit team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing client portfolios, coaching staff, and performing technical reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all needs are met in a timely manner
  • Coach and develop staff to deal with complex audit areas
  • Perform thorough technical reviews of audit work to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Develop and implement engagement plans, allocating necessary resources
  • Negotiate fees with partners, demonstrating commercial acumen and responsibility
  • Identify business needs and collaborate with partners to develop tailored solutions
  • Conduct sales activities with existing clients to grow business relationships
Requirements
  • Fully qualified in accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in senior audit roles, with prior managerial experience in audit
  • Fluency in Maltese and English; Maltese speaking is essential
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.

The ideal candidate will be eligible to work in the EU and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
