Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Audit Manager to manage a client portfolio, coach staff, perform technical reviews, and negotiate fees. The successful candidate will have previous experience in audit management and a strong track record of commercial responsibility.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and objectives
  • Counsel and coach staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Conduct technical reviews of audit work to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Negotiate fees with clients to achieve commercial goals
  • Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in audit management
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
