Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive engagement plans to meet client needs
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
  • Lead technical reviews of audit work to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Negotiate fees with partners and demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Identify client business needs and collaborate with partners to develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Hold relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Audit Senior or Managerial roles
  • Fluency in Maltese and English, with Maltese as a primary language
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
