At JL Talent Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to lead our revenue accounting team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of our revenue accounting operations, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in airline revenue accounting, with a proven track record of managing complex revenue recognition processes and implementing new systems for efficiency.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €60,000-€80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary package, we offer career growth opportunities in the BPO industry, relocation bonus, and visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Revenue Accounting Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of revenue accounting technicians and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implementing new key clients and processes, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation within the revenue accounting function.
  • Supporting clients in the provision of analytical support, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Clients, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A thorough understanding of airline revenue accounting processes, including ticket sales, ancillary revenue, refunds, and interline billing.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific accounting standards (e.g., IATA Revenue Accounting Manual).
  • Strong ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
