About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Quad Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in audit and assurance, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements and oversee the work of junior staff
  • Develop and implement audit strategies and plans
  • Conduct substantive testing and review of internal controls
  • Prepare financial statements and other deliverables
  • Mentor and train junior staff in audit techniques and procedures

Requirements:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably in financial services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Maltese is a plus)
