Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Professional to join our team at Quad Consultancy in Malta. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Accountant or close to completing their accountancy qualification with prior local experience in a multi-client environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement, working closely with auditors throughout the annual audit process and driving improvements in systems and procedures. Our successful candidate will possess exceptional verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform periodic and annual closing journals and management accounts preparation.
  • Closely collaborate with auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Drive enhancements in systems and processes for continuous improvement.
  • Support junior staff members and contribute to team success.
Requirements:
  • Fully qualified Accountant or nearing completion of accountancy qualification.
  • Prior experience in a multi-client environment in Malta.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and within a team.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English.
