Job Title: Assistant Manager (Revenue Accounting)

Reporting to the Airline Revenue Accounting Operations Manager, the Assistant Manager (Revenue Accounting) will be leading a team of revenue accounting technicians and coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of revenue accounting professionals.
  • Implement new key clients and processes to improve revenue recognition and compliance.
  • Provide analytical support to clients and ensure adherence to SLAs and company budget.
  • Work with coordinators to establish goals and process refinement.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support critical deliverables.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
  • Support and lead system implementation, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Monitor deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring implementation for airlines Centrecom has as clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to tackle challenges in revenue accounting by developing innovative solutions and making data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting discrepancies or errors in revenue data and resolving them efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and reconciling revenue data, ensuring financial records are complete and error-free.
