Event Planning Specialist in Investment Migration

About the Role:

We are seeking an Event Planning Specialist to join our team at DFK Malta Ltd, a leading Investment Migration company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all events and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistical management of company events worldwide.
  • Create a yearly event plan with input from colleagues.
  • Make travel arrangements for event participation, including booking flights and accommodation, and organizing the CEO's diary.
  • Manage monthly payment runs for authorization.
  • Manage content for bi-monthly news roundups.
  • Solicit content for the website from members, such as press releases and upload.
  • Manage content preparation and distribution of e-newsletters and company press releases.
  • Research investment migration and citizenship by investment events to place speakers overseas.
  • Update CRM with event contacts and report on events.
  • Edit electronic newsletters.
  • Prepare programs for the company forum and invite speakers.
  • Order office supplies.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an Event Planning Specialist is mandatory for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships.
  • Familiarity with Investment Migration, Wealth Management, or Real Estate industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Compensation Package:

The salary offered for this position ranges from €20,000 to €30,000 per year, depending on the candidate's experience.
