Our client, a leading manufacturing company is looking for a Procurement Senior Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management. Reporting to the CFO your responsibilities will include:

Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide support in sourcing activities.
Analyse procurement data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 16:20, Friday: 07:00 - 13:00

RequirementsHold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese & EnglishStrong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Proficiency in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Recent experience in a similar role will be considered an assetEducation and ExperienceAn MQF Level 3 qualification.BenefitsFlexi-timeMedical insurance cover
