Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a local private sector is looking for a highly organised and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Direct calls, greet and assist visitors.
Provide word-processing, secretarial support, and perform clerical tasks such as: filing, photocopying and scanning.
Assist in meeting preparations, event logistics, venue setup, bookings and promotion material.
Manage member and student registrations, subscriptions, and queries.
Handle office procurement and administration tasks as assigned.
Working Hours: Winter Time: Monday - Friday : 0800hrs - 1700hrs
Summer Time: Monday - Friday : 0800hrs - 1445hrs
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and EnglishAbility to multitask and prioritise tasks effectivelyAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and accuracy
