Corporate Services Officer
As a Corporate Services Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining company accounting records, preparing financial statements, and handling day-to-day operations of companies. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
About the Role
- Maintain company accounting records and prepare periodic management reports;
- Prepare statutory financial statements and work closely with auditors to assist with audit deliverables;
- Prepare budgets and forecasts and their analysis, and assist in their presentation to the board of directors;
- Compile corporate tax workings and prepare the income tax return for submission;
- Compile VAT workings and prepare the VAT returns for submission;
- Maintain relevant contact with the tax authorities and tax advisers;
- Prepare payments and oversee the process to ensure all payment batches have been executed;
- Attend and assist with the organization of board meetings and shareholders meetings;
- Handle day-to-day operations of companies and respond to clients' requests.
About You
- You are currently starting or in the process of acquiring an Accounting qualification such as ACCA or possess an Advanced Diploma in Accounting;
- You have very good knowledge of Excel and Word;
- You are fluent in English, any other language will be considered an advantage;
- You have strong organisation skills and meticulous;
- You think outside the box with a high element of pro-activeness;
- You are willing to be part of a fast growing international work environment.
