Customer Service Representative: Assist clients throughout their customer journey, handling inquiries, orders, and sales, while maintaining digital media and processing parts arrival documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with servicing, technical enquiries, orders, sales enquiries, finance and insurance-related queries.
  • Manage digital media such as Facebook pages and messenger.
  • Reply to customers on info and service mailboxes.
  • Process parts arrival documents.
  • Make outbound calls to upsell service plans and servicing.
  • Book services for clients, including transport.
  • Perform service pre-calls.
  • Carry out tasks as directed by one's superior.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and IT proficiency.
  • A clean police record.
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English.
  • An automotive and/or technical background.
