Senior Officer role at Alter Domus, assisting and managing corporate clients, overseeing company secretarial duties, and providing solutions to client queries.

As a Senior Officer at Alter Domus, you will play a crucial role in assisting and managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing various aspects of client relationship. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of company secretarial duties. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ongoing servicing of company secretarial duties as requested by clients, and offering suitable solutions to their queries;
  • Preparing for Board Meetings, distributing agendas, preparing board documents, and drafting board minutes as a result of meetings, attending client board meetings and other related meetings;
  • Providing ongoing servicing of entities with suitable corporate governance related solutions in response to client queries;
  • Staying up-to-date with new corporate legislation and regulatory updates;
  • Assisting clients with any structural changes that may be required, as well as drafting resolutions and other compliance / company secretarial documents as needed;
  • Liaising with relevant authorities as may be required;
  • Reviewing and amending corporate / legal documents as requested by clients, and providing suitable solutions to their queries;
  • Performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time that are reasonably related to the same level and classification of the graded job/position.
