Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized Corporate Event Manager to oversee all events and related administrative tasks worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for logistical management, creating event plans, making travel arrangements, managing monthly payment runs, and overseeing content for newsletters and our website. This includes researching investment migration events for potential speaking opportunities and supporting various administrative duties as needed.
Main Responsibilities
- Logistical management of our company's events worldwide, ensuring seamless execution and coordination.
- Create a yearly event plan with input from colleagues, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- Make travel arrangements for event participation, including booking flights, accommodation, and organizing CEO diaries.
- Manage monthly payment runs for authorization, maintaining financial accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee content preparation and distribution of bi-monthly news roundups, showcasing industry insights and company updates.
- Solicit content for our website from members, such as press releases and articles, to enhance online presence.
- Manage e-newsletter and company press releases, ensuring engaging content and timely dissemination.
- Research events related to investment migration and citizenship by investment, identifying opportunities for our speakers to participate overseas.
- Update our CRM system with event contacts and provide reporting on events, analyzing outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Edit and produce our electronic newsletter, highlighting key information and company achievements.
- Prepare programs for our forums, inviting relevant speakers and experts in the field.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role is essential for success in this position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the Investment Migration, Wealth Management, or Real Estate industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or hospitality.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary range for this position is €20,000-€30,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive package that reflects your value to our organization.
