Lifestyle Group, a leader in hospitality and lifestyle in Malta, is looking for a dynamic and charismatic General Manager for our exclusive Beach Clubs (Blue Beach, Manta and Nine Lives).
If you are passionate about hospitality, premium experiences and leading talented teams, this is your opportunity to manage iconic venues in one of the most exclusive destinations in the Mediterranean.

Your Role

As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the operation of our Beach Clubs, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead, inspire and develop your team, creating a vibrant and professional environment that embodies the Lifestyle Group philosophy.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the Beach Club, from pre-opening setup to daily management.
  • Ensure excellence in service, guest satisfaction and atmosphere.
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing, multicultural team.
  • Collaborate with F&B, events and marketing teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Manage budgets, P&L and operational KPIs to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in luxury hospitality, beach clubs, resorts or lifestyle venues.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and financial management skills.
  • Passion for delivering premium guest experiences.
  • Charismatic, approachable and solution-oriented personality.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
