We are currently seeking passionate Sommeliers and Junior Sommeliers to join our front-of-house teams across several upscale restaurants.

Positions Available:

  • Sommelier
  • Junior Sommelier

Job Role

As a Sommelier:

  • Curate and manage the wine list in collaboration with the restaurant team
  • Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the guest dining experience
  • Conduct staff training on wine knowledge and service standards
  • Oversee proper wine storage, inventory, and ordering
  • Engage with guests to share stories, origins, and tasting notes with professionalism and passion
  • Work closely with chefs and FOH team to ensure a seamless and elevated service

As a Junior Sommelier:

  • Support the sommelier in day-to-day operations
  • Assist guests with wine selections and pairings
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure correct storage
  • Develop your wine knowledge through hands-on experience and training
  • Deliver exceptional service while learning and growing within the role

Job Requirements

  • revious experience in a sommelier or junior sommelier role (or strong front-of-house experience with a focus on wine)
  • Solid knowledge of wines, wine service and pairings (WSET or similar certification is a plus)
  • A passion for wine and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
