We are currently looking for a Barista to join Lifstyle Group.

The Job

  • Follow Lifestyle operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety and security measures, to ensure partner safety during each shift
  • Attend to customer needs promptly and courteously
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and promptly
  • Provide quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Assist customers as needed
  • Maintain and clean the store when required
  • Handle cash and accurately record customer order information
  • Assist and coach new staff members during onboarding
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments using established organizational methods

Job Requirements:

  • Communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
  • No previous experience required
  • Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Must possess a valid Skills Pass:

  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis with flexibility for weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking
