In the meantime, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead these extraordinary projects.


Your Role

  • Oversee daily operations and pre-opening setup
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a multicultural team
  • Ensure excellence in service, atmosphere, and guest experience
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management on strategy and events
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and business performance


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle venues
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations
  • A passion for premium guest experiences and service excellence
  • Charisma, vision, and the ability to inspire and motivate multicultural teams
