In the meantime, we are looking for an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead these extraordinary projects.
Your Role
- Oversee daily operations and pre-opening setup
- Lead, inspire, and develop a multicultural team
- Ensure excellence in service, atmosphere, and guest experience
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management on strategy and events
- Manage budgets, P&L, and business performance
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle venues
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of F&B operations
- A passion for premium guest experiences and service excellence
- Charisma, vision, and the ability to inspire and motivate multicultural teams
