With a portfolio of distinctive restaurants offering elevated dining and creative beverage programs, we are now seeking passionate Mixologists to join our bar teams across several upscale locations.

Job Role

  • Craft high-quality cocktails using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques
  • Curate and evolve the bar menu in collaboration with the restaurant team
  • Deliver outstanding bar service that exceeds guest expectations
  • Share your knowledge and passion with guests, telling the story behind each drink
  • Support bar team training and uphold the highest service standards
  • Maintain bar hygiene, inventory and stock control

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a mixologist or bartender.
  • Passion for mixology, creativity and a desire to experiment with new flavours
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques and bar trends (certifications are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
