The Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will play a key role in attracting exceptional people to our growing team. If you're passionate about attracting and connecting with talent, this is an exciting opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategies and to make an impact in a collaborative, dynamic, and forward-thinking organisation.

What You'll Do

  • Drive recruitment and selection for a variety of roles across the business
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, including strong use of social media
  • Collaborate with operational managers to understand needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience
  • Maintain and optimise our applicant tracking system and recruitment processes
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Atlas as an employer of choice

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
  • Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset
